Welcome to Xematiasma (the “App”), a free entertainment application by FILYNX (EU).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

2) What Xematiasma is

Xematiasma is a free entertainment app that recreates traditional Greek evil eye protection rituals (Ξεμάτιασμα) in digital form.

The App provides:

Interactive ritual experiences with audio prayers
Oil drop divination simulations
Traditional Greek prayer library
Cultural education about Mediterranean traditions

Important: No account or registration is required to use the App.

3) Entertainment disclaimer – PLEASE READ

⚠️ This is critical:

Xematiasma is PURELY for entertainment and cultural education purposes.

We do NOT claim that:

The App actually removes the evil eye
Digital rituals provide real spiritual protection
The App replaces traditional healers or religious practices
Any features have genuine metaphysical effects

Traditional evil eye removal (Ξεμάτιασμα) requires a human healer, not a mobile app.

This App is a respectful digital recreation of beautiful cultural traditions. Any spiritual or protective beliefs are personal choices we respect but do not endorse.

By using this App, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.

4) How you may use the App

You MAY:

You MAY NOT:

❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
❌ Remove copyright notices or disclaimers

❌ Mislead others about the App’s purpose or capabilities
❌ Use the App in any unlawful manner

5) Intellectual property

All content in the App belongs to FILYNX or our licensors, including:

Audio recordings and prayer texts
Graphics, animations, and visual elements
App name and branding

Exception: Traditional prayers are part of Greek cultural heritage. We’ve adapted them respectfully for digital use.

Your content:

If future versions allow user-generated content, you grant us permission to display and share what you submit (e.g., shared ritual results).

Google AdMob for advertising
Google Analytics for Firebase for app analytics

These services have their own terms:

We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

7) Availability and changes

App availability:

The App is provided “as is”
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time
We don’t guarantee the App will always be available or error-free

We may update these Terms occasionally
The “Last updated” date will change
Continued use means you accept the new Terms

FILYNX is not liable for:

Maximum liability: The amount you paid for the App (which is €0, as it’s free).

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10) Age restrictions

The App is suitable for ages 16+ (rated 16+).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11) Termination

We may:

Suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
Discontinue the App at any time

Stop using the App anytime by uninstalling it

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of European Union regulations and applicable member state laws.
